This policy applies to purchases made through Revitalizing Strength, including digital products, downloadable resources, and coaching services offered on this website.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 
2. Digital product delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically.

After your purchase is completed, you should receive:

  • an order confirmation

  • a download link or access instructions for the product you purchased

Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout. If the email address is entered incorrectly, delivery may be delayed until we are able to verify the order and resend access details.

 
3. Download access and delivery issues

If you do not receive your digital product:

  • check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders

  • confirm that the email address used at checkout was entered correctly

  • contact us at Austinrevitalizingstrength@gmail.com with your name, order email, and product purchased

If needed, we can review the order and resend your download link or access instructions.

 
4. Refund policy for digital products

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • unused purchases

  • accidental purchases after download or access has been provided

  • failure to use the product

  • dissatisfaction based on preference, implementation, or business results

If you experience a genuine delivery problem, file issue, duplicate purchase, or technical error that prevents you from accessing the product as intended, contact us within 7 days of purchase at Austinrevitalizingstrength@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide support, replacement access, or another reasonable solution.

 
5. Product format and compatibility

It is your responsibility to review the product description before purchase and confirm that the format works for your needs.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided in the format listed on the product page. We are not responsible for issues caused by third party software, user device limitations, unsupported programs, or platform settings outside our control.

 
6. Product updates

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase includes the version of the product available at the time of purchase.

If a product is updated in the future, access to newer versions or added materials is offered at our discretion unless the product description specifically states that future updates are included.

 
7. Coaching calls and service bookings

If you purchase or book a coaching call or service through this website, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated on the booking or product page:

  • coaching calls must be scheduled using the booking process provided

  • rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited and may not be refunded

  • if we need to reschedule for any reason, we will offer a new time

Once a coaching call has been completed, it is non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us first at Austinrevitalizingstrength@gmail.comso we can review the issue and try to resolve it directly.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a digital product, download access, or delivered service without first contacting us for support may delay resolution and may result in loss of access to future products or services.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Support is intended to help with access, delivery, booking, and basic product questions. It does not include custom coaching, individualized implementation review, or technical support for third party software unless explicitly stated in the product or service offer.

We may update this Refund, Delivery, and Support Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the business, product delivery methods, support process, or legal requirements.
