Create a coaching process that fits how you coach

You do not need a script. You need a clear way to guide the conversation, understand why the client is there, and choose a path forward that fits the person in front of you. Train the Trainer gives personal trainers practical tools for real sessions, real conversations, and realistic problems.

Start with one tool and build the rest over time.

Three ways to get started

Start with the free checklist, browse the Toolkits, or book a call if you want direct support.

About Austin

I help personal trainers build a coaching system they can repeat and make their own. If you feel stuck, unsure what to work on next, or tired of piecing together advice from every direction, you are in the right place.

I have 13 plus years of coaching experience and a Masters in Kinesiology. I’ve worked through a lot of client situations, and that is part of why I care so much about giving trainers practical tools they can actually use. I built Train the Trainer to give trainers a practical empathy based process that holds up in real sessions.

My focus is practical skill development, clear principles, and tools you can adapt. The goal is better sessions, better follow through, and more confidence in how you coach.

Why Train the Trainer?

Clarity: Know what matters most and what to work on first.

Education: Understand the principles so you can make good decisions without copying trends.

Confidence: Walk into consults and sessions with a plan and a path forward.

Customization: Use structure fits your style and adapts to different clients.

Integrity: Grow through results, empathy and relationships, not pressure tactics.

What these tools help you see

Good tools do not replace your coaching. They help you notice what matters so you can make better decisions with the person in front of you.

Understand why the client is there

Use the Intro Session Worksheet to slow the conversation down, ask better questions, and understand what is getting in the way.

Choose a better starting point

Use the Movement Assessment Worksheet to notice how the client moves, what changes with a cue, and what needs to be supported first.

Follow up without holding everything in your head

Use the Personal Trainer CRM to track leads, intro sessions, and next actions so fewer people fall through the cracks.

Start with the tool that fits the part of your process you want to strengthen next.
